Readiness Assessment

Requirement Capture

Requirement Capture is an essential building block to any IAM solution. We use a variety of analysis techniques to formally capture your business and technical needs through workshops with project stakeholders and sponsors. This phase also includes consideration for project priorities, budget, timescales and high-level solution design, and is generally performed alongside a solution roadmap exercise.

High-Level Solution Roadmap

A high-level roadmap based on project objectives, priorities, budget and quickest realisation of ROI. Essentially, we listen to your needs in order to articulate these in the tailored solution roadmap.

Role Mining

Using a combination of 3rd party tools and utilities, we analyse your user-to-resource mapping data to determine or provide a means to modify user permissions for enterprise role-based access control (RBAC). This helps provide a speedier route to ROI and this framework can drive "Access Re-certification and Rationalisation".
